He now works chiefly as a freelance health and medical writer and scientific consultant. You’ll als see him in the media giving regular TV, radio and newspaper interviews.

Tim has a large following and a fantastic website Thinkiningnutrition.com.au which he shares information based on current evidence informed by peer-reviewed journal articles, government and peak health body guidelines and medical experts.
