In the super-connected social media and internet age, we are given more information and options than ever before.
And in my opinion, too many options and information is a bad thing, especially when it comes to health!
How do we know what information is relevant for us?!
Should I do a Vegan, Keto, Paleo or Intermittent Fasting style diet for fat loss?
“If more information was the answer, we’d all be billionaires with abs!” – Derek Sivers
I have been studying nutrition and exercise science for decades and to be completely honest, in the past, I was just as guilty as everyone else of being swept up in the latest health craze or fitness fad!

The truth is, there are no silver bullets for heath and weight loss! And most certainly, having more options for diets and training styles won’t help, but add to the confusion!
Consistency, focus and effort in the right direction will yield the results you’re after for all your health and fitness goals.
At a new company I started with my wife “Best Body Co.“, we give you the “direction” and motivation to attain your health, fitness and body composition goals. This will help make it as clear and simple as possible for you to stay compliant in the challenge and achieve long term, sustainable and healthy, weight loss results. So you won’t just lose the weight, but you’ll have the education and knowledge that we will teach you, to keep it off for good!
We make sure to keep everything straight forward and keep the amount of decisions you need to make, to an absolute minimum. This is to help guarantee your success!
Famously, Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein and Mark Zuckerberg all chose to wear the same outfits everyday, so they could be more productive in their jobs. As they say, “success leaves clues.”
So, we should learn from these inspiring leaders and examples who have achieved great success in their chosen careers.
Our advice to anyone looking to achieve new heights with their health and fitness is to seek expert unbiased information, focus on basic principles and not get swept away with sensationalized headlines that get clicks and sell newspapers.
You can’t beat the basics done well over a long period of time. If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
Stay Strong,
Coach Adam
